Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
